Since then, the food bank has grown and now serves hundreds of families and individuals monthly.
The mission of the Elgin Oregon Food Bank is to provide food assistance to those in need and to promote self-sufficiency through education and advocacy. The organization works to ensure that individuals and families have access to nutritious food and resources to help them overcome the challenges of food insecurity.
